Title: can not restore lic........have retyped, have had it resent by e-mail.....

bought a new computer and want to move my media center 9 to the new machine..... can only get a trail copy to work on the new machine and can not get the restore lic to work......... am so tired of of all the problems and so little in the way to help you can contact.......really like the program but sure do not encourage others to buy into it.   thanks, jerry

Are you using IE as your browser? Disable any download managers
