Backup doesn't work, please help

maybe you can add a bit more to your comment

Like OS, MJ8 Version, what is it and what is it not doing.

Just stating "It Broke" does not help much

using the instruction in MJ 8.0 .... to backup files. File library>library mgr.
When I click on save, I get an error message that say information not save.

there was about 400 version of MJ8

MJ 8.0.400 is the latest version download that and try again.

1. make sure there is room on the disk
2. make sure the path is correct.
3. what is the error message word for word?

I dont use MJ8 any more but in MC10 the proper way of backing up the data base is

1. File
2. Library
3. Backup Library
4. Save

In MC10 it is not under Library manager
