Title: Cannot import files from another user on Windows XP

I need some help.  I have ripped some CD's under one user on WinXP, and when I click on the import media button under another user, it notes that these files failed to import.  I am using the MP3 VBR encoder, and the directories and files are not read-only, or private, hidden or protected.  Any thoughts or experiences with this?

In media Jukebox 8 if you wanted to use the program also with another user on the same computer, you also had to log-in as that user and install MJ8 again under that user.

i don't think you need to do this with Media Center.

I had done that.  Imports some but not all files.  Any thoughts?
