Title: Media Jukebox 9 Crashing!

Somebody please help! I just bought Media Jukebox version 9.1.316, and every time I try to bring up the program, it stays up for about 10 seconds and closes. I am running a laptop with Windows XP Home. Has this happened to anyone else?

Did you try reinstalling?

Was the download OK?  Try again?  Don't use a download manager.

Try restoring your license again.  Details are here:

I tried restoring the license from the .mjr file I recieved via e-mail, but that didn't work. I'll try uninstalling, downloading the install file to my desktop, and re-installing. I'll let you know...
