Title: Fails to play DVD's and Haupauge TV-card

1) How come the player fails to play DVD's. When I insert a DVD, the player crashes and the Window process needs to be killed.

2) How come it is not possible to control the Haupauge PVR350?

I have only used a trial version of the player.
