Title: Is MC10 beta time-limited?

Is the MC 10 beta time limited? When I first installed it over MC 9 (reggd), it started with an MC9 trial splash screen, but now the screen doesn't show when I start (and I didn,t check the "dont show again" box.  Confused I am.
