Title: Help Please Cannot Restore License

JRiver,

Please help I am attempting to restore my license.  (I have done this before once a long time ago when you changed the licensing system)

I enter my registration code...

It then takes me to the details page...

I fill in my details....

It takes me back to the details page...

This loop continues...

I know my Email address is correct (i had my reg code re-emailed to me to ensure that it was correct)

I am positive my password is correct (have actually tried the 2 possible ones i may have used for this program)

HELP!

What am i doing wrong?  

Can I be emailed the correct info, if i do have it wrong?
