Well, I'm making quite a dent in my large library of CD's I've been ripping. I've really been enjoying a lot of the new changes in MC for ripping like being able to rip and encode muliple CDs simultaneously, etc. Why, just the other day I accidentally wiped out three months of work, but thanks to the new features in MC, and a new motherboard, I'm pretty much back to where I started in less than 5 days, alcohol free, and without a new criminal record!
Now it is time to start using that great Playing Now interface that was added to the Action Window a couple of builds back due to user's requesting the ability to actually see their playing now list and their library at the same time (imagine!)
I think you know where this is going...
<sip>
Why was this feature removed? <sip>
When will a replacement be incorporated? <gulp>
What is the difference between the Playing Now "playlist" and any other playlist (that can still be created within the Action Window)? <glug, glug>
This seems like an arbitrary drawing of lines that results in a tremendous loss of functionality when MC is used as a media player. <erp>
Thanks for listening and could you pass the chips?

Isn't it still there under AW->Build Playlist->Edit Playing Now? Not that I'd call this an obvious location for it... :(

I did not know that as there :D
Now, if they could just put that info on the bottom of the windowed visualization view, and let me rate the song as it's playing, I'll be all set. ;)

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
And yes, it isn't too obvious, but then again it might be because I was looking for where it used to be. If I read my own words above, especially the ones indicating that the Playing Now was just a play list, I might have figured it out...
I've edited my original message appropriately.
Thanks again! :)
