Title: TV tuner keeps reverting to NTSC

Remeber me?
Well After installing the alternative WDM called btwdmdrvinstaller5.3.6-1.zip the reverting stoped.
however I got an UNKNOWN device at the device manager.
Then I googled more and found this:

In it you'll find a link to M$ directX hotfix for PAL users.
