I am having a problem with my mp3's and wma'a on the hard drive of a new computer (I have changed jobs) playing back at an excellerated speed. Like a 33½ rpm record played at 45 rpm (for you oldsters). It is not a MJ problem because it also happens in WMP. However I would appreciate any help I can get. OS=Windows 2000.
Thanks

I trust that your files are 44.1kHz 16bit stereo? Does any audio play back correctly on the new machine? (rip a track to find out). It's got to be a system audio setting.
