Hey Rhino,

Is there anyway to use the ratings in MC in your plugin?
I rated my Library in MC and can't figure out how to import them into Album View???

He may need info on what you want to do with ratings.

not sure he is even working on this anymore.

You can't ... MC ranks on 0 to 5 on a per track basis and AV works on 0 to 10 on a per album basis.

I could guess what the rating should be, e.g.:

Track 1 ... rank 5
Track 2 ... rank 0
Track 3 ... rank 4
Track 4 ... rank 1
Track 5 ... rank 2


Wold become the album rank of 4.8 (probably rounded up to 5) but is that really a fair assumption of the album rating?

User configurable mapping might be the answer:

Average track rating of 1 => Album rating 1
Average track rating of 2 => Album rating 3
Average track rating of 3 => Album rating 6
Average track rating of 4 => Album rating 8
Average track rating of 5 => Album rating 10

Where the user can customise the values.

That would be cool,
Even if it was double... Ie  1 = 2 /  3 = 6 / 5 = 10

I'm kinda easy...
