Title: AVAILABLE: mini-me Skin: Blade [Z-Rocked]

Here's a picture of 'my' new skin which is a tweaked version of Christopher Laine Rasmussen 'Blade' mini-me skin:

I made these modifications:
1. Wider (was 810 pixels...now 1000 pixels]
2. Taller (was 18 pixels...now 22 pixels)
3. Bigger Font (was 12 point...now 13...much easier to read)
4. Tweaked information display area (blue) to not be rolled looking at the top (made reading the font characters hard)
6. Display more information (wider and more fields)
7. Fixed main.xml typos and main.js bugs
8. Tweaked volume and position graphic (words more readable...but, still background-ish)

What do you think?  I wanted this style skin but wider and more readable (for display at 1280x1024 resolution or higher).

Zip file download (http://home1.gte.net/res0khi1/files/Blade Z-Rocked.zip)...extract to MiniSkins directory...I couldn't get the .MJP file to post right here [kept opening as a webpage, not a download file  :(

How hard would it be to add the ratings to that skin?

P.S.: Here's the Photoshop source file for Blade for anyone who wants to mod the skin.  I think all the layers are organized and named pretty well.  Credits are appreciated.

Z, great job on this one.

Can you please point me in the right direction to learn how to amend this skin slightly.  It is nearly perfect for me needs/wants.  I only need to add the ability to rate the current track, and view/rate the previous track.  I have a widescreen laptop, so there shold be enough room, if not I can remove the position and/or volume bars if necessary.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Click on the MC DevZone link (above) and look at the mini-me SDK...that's pretty much it.

Post your SDK questions here...I sure more qualified people will be able to help you out.

Does anyone know if I can include ratings on a mini skin?  I didn't see anything in the info mentioned above, although it was a quick overview scan, so I might have missed it.

Track timings (remaining/elapsed) aren't updating during playback.

Anyway to make this skin 'always on top' ?
