I purchased MJ (via cinemaronline) and have already paid for the software via credit card. When trying to restore, it using the registration code emailed to me, it failed, locking up just after I hit the "restore" button. My MJ remains unregistered, despite me having already paid for it and trying to "restore" it using the supplied registration code. please help...

if you have a firewall, that might be a problem.
also make sure your using internet explorer 5.5 or higher.
you may need to provide other info.
if you go to MJ8,help it allows you to copy your system info to the clipboard to post in your next message.

I do have a firewall, so that may be it, but i cant tear it down. I am running higher than 5.5 internet explorer. The questions said, more information needed, i filled that in, now everything is filled in correctly and completely but still nothing happens after I hit "restore". Can I email you the registration code ? would that help?
