Title: Opening a play list to a specific zone - is it on the list?
Post by: Mastiff on February 25, 2004, 01:46:37 am
Question says it all. Is this even on the list for version 10 or 10.1, or will I still have to change to the zone and open the file when it's the active zone for all (forseable) eternity?

I changed it a bit, and I'm bumping it again. Please answer me, at least. I'm beginning to think that nobody likes me...  :'(

Mastiff, you know we love you.

We've just been busy dotting all our i's.

Anyway, we'll add this to 10.1.  Do you want an MCC or a command line method?

Thank you, kind sir!  ;D I would prefer command line, I would think that makes it easier to use external m3u playlists. Am I right?

It's in the latest build.

Thanks for all you've contributed here -- your multi-zone home is a wonder.

I don't use zones at the moment but I will do in the future.  Will the command line info and example be added to the Dev Zone?

Thank you very much, Matt! This was my last major annoyance with MC, and now it's gone!  ;D ;D ;D

And thanks for the kind words! Now I need to update my webpage to show this new method, with a corresponding gml file.  8)
