I don't like  >:( that i must give users power users permission to able run media center 9.x.x, not tested 10.x.x, but may be the same problem.
P.S.
Is it able to make so if user with users permission can run Media Center x...?

You are not alone.
As it stands atm though, your only option is to do some officially unsupported tweaking of your account security settings. Read up some here....

It does work, you just need to be very careful when you're setting the permissions, and remember, all at your own risk :)

Just a minor correction.  That "officially unsupported" label is officially unofficial.  ;)
