Title: minor bug with access control

Access control does not filter Playing Now, if the filter is applied after items are already in Playing Now
.
To reproduce:
Place items in Playing Now
In Access control, apply a filter that would affect at least one of the items already in Playing Now.
The filter works for the entire database, except for Playing Now. You can still play the item if you click on it in Playing Now.
