Title: full screen view - text size

when im watching a dvd/movie and i use the remote there's text in the upper left of the screen (play, pause, FF etc.). how can i increase the size of the tex so i can see it from across the room, yet not increase the size of the text in the usual view (which i use when im sitting at the pc).

any ideas?

if not then i think it would be a good feature to add...
