Title: Unable to play DVD movie

I downloaded Media Jukebox and I just upgraded from Win98 to Xp, I was able to play DVD movies b4 and now I am unable to play them in XP...Jukebox says there is a component missing to play and DVD...can u help...plz

re-install the DVD software that came with your DVD Drive.
