Just a question on this aspect ...when I choose clean up, it checks everything, then updates the files. but then I get a msg " file does not exist, do you want to create it" and I check yes...I get an error msg that the file is unavailable, or moved... etc. what am I doing wrong here? I would like to create the files ( and as an aside, a check box to apply my answer to all the files in question would be nice...checking yes or no for a few hundred files is rather monotonous). Thanks B
