My MJ8 will not read cds from either one of my optical drives. I get some of the tracks, and a lot of gibberish- The only reason I purchased this jukebox was to back-up my cd collection, and so far it is worthless for doing so. Am I doing something wrong, settings???

I'm using Media Center here and MJ at home. Something is funky...you should get drive info in your system info. I would suggest therefore that you...backup your license/library...uninstall MJ...reboot...reinstall the 399 build...restore your license/library. Copy the backups someplace far removed from the MJ directory...just to be safe.

I'll try
Thanks for the advice
