Title: Media Modes and Theater View

Two questions:

1. Is there a way to get MC to start in one of the Media Modes via a command line switch?

2. Is there a way to make Theater View respect the Media Mode that MC is in? For example, if it was in the Audio Media Mode, the menu choices for Video and Images would not appear on the Theater View menus.

If these can't be done now, consider this a feature request that should not be too difficult to implement. This functionality would make it easier to use MC in connection with other HTPC front ends.
