To the former Royal Rooster, now Canine KingSparta -
I've been trying out your Cover Art Finder plugin, and I was wondering if the 'Remove Some Extra Info' option permanently removes that info from the tag, or just from the parameters it searches with... Also, does it work in the background on the Playing Now files, or only when I am viewing the plugin?
Thanks in advance...
-
I am no Mr. Sparta...
No it doesn't permanently remove it. Just for the search...
You have to put the file in Playing Now, then activate the Batch in the Plug in.

You'll do! Thanks for that :)

No It Removes Nothing From Your Tags.

Hey KingSparta and ImJustAGamer, one thing that would be great is the following:
Having the option to automatically save the cover arts directly to the folder in which the mp3s are.
I have been organizing my mp3s in the following directory structure:
1. #/a/b/c...
2. artist/
3. album/
To make my life easier i just save specific cover arts as "folder.jpg in their respective album folders.
This is very practical when using other softwares (i.e. MCE, ...)
Also, it's a do it once and forget about it thing. I hate the JRiver cover art folder... It's jsut too big of a mess.
If this is a hard thing to implement, then don't bother with it. Otherwise, I'll gladly return the favor with a skin or a viz of your choice.
Peace,
-Cascius

It will save them to the album folder if you turn on the "folder.jpg" option o the setup page. all the files scanned must be in a album folder if not then they will all have the same image.

Ah, nice! Sorry about that. I guess i should have tried your plugin before asking. Great man!
Well, anyway, like i said before, I'd gladly make a theme for you if you want one.
Let me know,
