Title: DVD can't be played

Hi,

First of all I downloaded the version " 8 "  5 day's ago and I think this software is great.
The only think I missed was that DVD's could not be played and I got always this Error message.

" Media Jukebox is unable to access this dvd disk
 Either your system is mising some components for
 playing DVD video, or another application is currently
 using those components. "

Than I found a message about this new version 9 who will be the media center in 2 month or so, and who should include the playing of DVD's.

But after I downloaded the ver.9 I have again the same error message ass with ver.8

I'm ready to buy the software before the 1 december but I need to know why this function don't work.
This is for me one of the must importent features!!

Try installing the DVD software that came with the drive.

There is another way, but you'll have to wait for JohnT on Monday.
