I can't find an OS compatibility list anywhere.  Does anybody know?

Yes, but the old 98 does work...sort of... Anyway, anything older than 2K is really not an option if you want fairly trouble free computing, no matter what applications you run.

Any news on branching out??   Red Hat Linux 9 .... Mac OS X .....   I would LOVE to have Media Center running on my RedHat box.  I have Media Server running on my XP right now, but if I find something to run on linux then I'll use that to serve instead.  I never turn my linux box off (has my website), but the XP gets powered down all the time.

just curious...

I believe the slowest I have successfully ran MC on (basic functions with MP3 playback only) is a 300 mHz Pentium II.
