Title: CD Labeler Pre Printed Disk Labels

In the CD Labeler are only forms for cd labels supported, which I can not buy in Switzerland. Is there a way to create own Forms and include them?

No, you can't do that. If you have a brand that I can get easily, I might be able to add it to the list in CD labeler. Or, you could try some of the existing ones to see if they line up with the one you're trying to use. You can move the printed image left/right and up/down using the offset feature on the labeler's print dialog.
