I am trying to find out if I can assign a hot key (either a function key or ctrl-Fn or Alt-Fn etc) to play/pause.
I realize if MJ is active app then I can use Ctrl-P to pause/play. But I am looking for an ability to pause/play even if MJ is not the active applicaiton. Meaning say if I am working on my word processor and I want to pause/play MJ, if I press ctrl-P then it will go to print dialog box, since in word ctrl-P is print.
To pause/play from word, I have to bring MJ to foreground (or make it active) and then press ctrl-P. Instead I would like to press ctrl-F4 or some such thing and pause/play MJ. Is it possible to do that? Any one know of littel utility that could do that?
Thanks,
Metturman.

WOW !!!
Thanks for pointing out this little program. Now its time to start toggling back and forth.
Now its time for me to find out command line options for MJ. I checked the help files, and user manual, there are no documents for command line options or passing paramters when starting MJ. Is there any such thing for MJ?

I know this command line parameters worked, since I have used it in the past.
But I had to wipe my hard disk clean and start again. Now I try these command line options in MJ 8.0400, I get strange errors. The command line option still works, except that it wipes the "play list". So every time I pause using "/command Pause" the play list gets wiped, so I cannot start again.
Is there a problem with MJ 8.0400? Is there a way to get around this?
