Title: Installing registration code

i purchased a registration code for media jukebox about a couple months ago.  nevertheless, i have not had any success installing the code since i installed a new harddrive.  i do not have a copy of the registration key, but i do have a hardcopy of the code,  additionally, i had to re-register with this forum using my alternate email address because i no longer have my old password and after requesting that my password be sent to me on numerous occassions i never received it.

You should find what you need here in the FAQ:

If you're not receiving e-mail, a spam filter could be a problem.

thank you.  that info was helpful.  however, now i'm having a problem adding the mp3 plug-in.  when i click to go to the plug-in page it displays that the link is not found
