Title: sharing violation

When i try to download from e music i get amessage that comes up"a sharing violation has occured while accessing c:/doc &set owner/localset/temp int.files/content ie 51 uilcmrh8 they still keep charging me even though the download doesnt go through.it did work alright until idownloaded this player.i love the player but ineed to download more tunes any help would be appreciated!

Not sure.  Sounds like some other program, even IE, might have the file open at the same time.

Try rebooting.

Try shutting down other programs.

Try logging out of EMusic and then logging in again.
