Title: Creating & adding smarlists to IPOD

I'm using smartlists for the first time and I've created one (rating=5) , but I'm not sure how I should transfer to IPOD handheld.  If I drag n drop in the MC Action Window, will it duplicate the 74 songs on my IPOD?  Probably not right?

With either synchronization or drag and drop, if the files are already on iPod, they will not be resent (unless tag info has changed) but the playlist will be created and the appropriate files added to it.
