Title: How to restore default playlists?

Does anyone know how to restore the default playlists in v10.0.95?

I tried to look at every possible menu and right clicked everything, it's hiding from me.

Right click on Playlists and Add Smartlist.  They are all there in the drop down against smartlist rule.
