Yesterday I tried to purchase mc10,(not through I.E.) I clicked purchase and the page closed. I have not received an email with my license. I have gone through the restore process and entered my email; I haven't received anything. Did the purchase take?

I only see one attempt for your e-mail, and that did not go through.

I got the restore email and it shows my ver 8 license...Do I need to go through the purchase process again to get mc10

Take a look at www.mediajukebox.com/license for a purchase FAQ.
Your version 8 license is not valid for version 10. Make sure you have v8 correctly installed and licensed, then install v10, and when you purchase you'll get an upgrade discount.

I did that. I downloaded MC10 and went throuth the purchase process. When I clicked the purchase button after entering all my info the page closed and nothing else happend. I assumed that the new code would be emailed to me, but I haven't received anything.
I had the restore email sent to me to see if I had a MC10 on file. It only showed the 8. My question is: do I need to re-purchase MC10 or does it take longer to get the code.
