Title: I Keep getting kicked off

 >:( I am a brand new purchaser or Media Center 9, and each time I start the program, it runs for about 15 seconds max. and then kicks back off.  Any advice?

Can you try updating to the latest build?

Please report the full version you are using.

My full version No. is 9.1.316.  Someone suggested that I uninstall my version, then re-install.  Do you agree?

Yes.  Try and use IE and don't use a download manager.

Uninstall using Control Panel.

Media Center 10 would give more details.

Some viruses or software cracks can cause this.
