Title: Feature enhancement: set as Windows background

When using "set as windows background" provide an option to set using the current zoom parameters. That is, if I zoom into an image, then click and drag so that I'm in the lower-left corner, or whatever, then "set as windows background", whatever is displayed on screen should be set as my background.

Currently, if you choose "crop", it appears to always crop from the top of the picture. I've been using "crop" a lot to make 4:3 images into backgrounds for my 16:9 HTPC screen and it'd be nice to be able to easily crop the top or middle of the picture.
