Title: Media Center 10 Action Window Question

Is the ability to detach the Action Window and have it reside outside the main program gone forever from ver 10 (Or am I just too stupid to find how to now)?  I use this all the time in V9 to have the Action Window on a second display while managing tag info and what not.
