Some of you guy's have real cool avatars , with out having one's own web site is there away to use somthing  other than what is offerd?

sometimes if you find something you like you can get the link from someones web site and use that url.

some providers offer free web space that you do not need to use a a web site but you can save your Avatar and just link to it.

So what You are saying is like if You had a picture of somthing I liked on Your site it would be possible to link to it ?

yes, right click on a image, Properties

came from the compose a message page and is the image:

External linking to an image on another website is generally not considered very nice unless you have permission. The problem is that everytime that image is loaded here at Interact, it is using Mozilla.orgs bandwidth, which they have to pay for.

what rocket sauce said is true but

A Avatar uses almost no bandwith.

why? because once it it is downloaded by a browser it is used from the users computer from the internet temp folder and not downloaded again from the web site.

Thank's Guy's for Your help. I found another way a Friend of Mine has a web page for Her dogs and said no problem . I know it is trivial but it made Me happy ;D
