Title: Action window view mode

I'm a happy user of MC9.1 and am trying 10.0 for the first time. In 9.1 the display of the action window could be set to Internal, Windowed, or Windowed (always on top).  How do I do this in V.10?

You don't...support for that  has been removed.

Bummer, now I have to scroll with the mouse when tag info overflows the screen space alloted to the action window.
