Title: List view idea

Here's what I hope is a simple idea.

How about an Excel-like freeze panes command where the Name field would stay locked in place as you scrolled to the right in list view.

That way if you want make changes to a specific file, you can be sure that you are changing the correct one on the list.

If this is possible today, I obviously don't know how to do it.

You could always check the status bar to see what file you have selected.

But if you are scrolling through a long list, visually it would be easier to see the list of names and be able to select by name.  Otherwise you need to select each one to see what it's name is or scroll back to the left.
