I have a mp3 file that the ID track number tag is 32. When I import into musicmatch (sorry) in comes in as 32. When I import into MJ it comes in as 0. WHY. This causing much trouble for my audio books. ?

Not very fruitful results specific to this situation

Well there is about 100 messages about track #32
Ascii Code For A Space Is 32, If There was A Id3v1 Tag With A Space In the comment Tag The Track Number Would Always Be 32 since Id3v1 did not have a Track Number.
Id3v1.1 Does Have A Track Number But it is hard to detect if the tag is id3v1 or id3v1.1
So since people complained about this they just made track 32 = 0
Maybe not the best way, but how many times do you have 32 tracks on a music album?
I am not sure if this problem is in current builds i never see the problem, but i can understand where you would be having a problem.
if this problem is in MJ9 maybe you should stand up on a wood box and Yell out loud and see if Matt will fix it.

Thanks. I thought I search on track 32 but didn't find results.
Anyway I listen to a lot of audio books typically with a lot of chapters. This IS a problem for me which I do not encounter in musicmatch. I really prefer MJ but I have been using musicmatch because it came bundled with my new windows iPOD and intially MJ did not have a plug in.
Thanks again for your help
