Title: ALL CAPS IN THE ACTION WINDOW

The title of the action window is the only user interface element in MC that is in ALL CAPS. Doesn't look too nice, I think. Any chance of changing it to title case?

Maybe you can change it if you use a "sector editor", it might however corrupt the exe file and stop working.

don't think i would lose any sleep over it.
