Title: Purchasing MC as a gift

I know this has been brought up previously, but I'm hoping that a mechanism has been developed by which one can purchase MC as a gift.  I'd love to give MC as a birthday present in a couple of weeks to a very dear friend and the timing of the release of v10 is perfect.

Hi Shelley,

For now (though this will stop working soon), just enter your friend's name, address and e-mail, and use your credit card info. This will send the license to them.
