Title: Scott_R: Invalid Library Path
Post by: scott_r on April 02, 2004, 11:51:15 pm
MC still allows invalid pathnames to be entered into the Library Location.
This allows you to set up a library that doesnt even exist without knowing it.
Surely this can be fixed before release...

We can't reproduce this.  Could you give an exact example of what you're typing?

Thanks.

No, wait... sorry...

I can't make a library called "c:\*\library" but I can make one as follows:

Seems to be the forward-slash, because I can't make a library called "c:\*|"

Hope this helps,

Scott.

edit: Just to clarify, if I load the library called "A test library" and import some media into it, then load my default library, then load "A test library", the library is empty.
