How do I convert .ram to .mp3?

I tried finding the Tara plugin for Winamp but all links just lead to '404 Not Found '

Any Suggestions??

Yes, use Disk writer istead of wave output or direct sound and convert the wav files into MP3 ( Disk writer allows you to decode files to wav's )
