Title: Edit keyboard shortcuts?

Is there any way to edit media center's keyboard shortcuts?  Also is there any way to define a global shortut to use when media center is not in the foreground?  For example, i'd like to define ctrl+alt+p to play and pause music.  If any of this isn't possible, then please view this post as a feature request.
