Title: UPNP support and Omnifi DMS1?

I recently upgraded to Media Center version 10.0.113, Media Server version 1.0.197, in the hope that it would support the Omnifi DMS1 device.

How do I enable UPNP support in Media Server, or is it always enabled despite the options I select?  If it is enabled, should my Omnifi device be able to use the UPNP service, or are there unresolved issues?

I am trying to do a similar thing with the Netgear MP101

Do you know if the UPnP stuff made it into v.10

Nope, this is the first.

The Omnifi DMS1 plays very well with other UPnP software including Rhapsody, SimpleCenter, and MusicMatch Jukebox, so I think Media Center has some work to do to achieve UPnP compliance.

Thanks - its a shame that this is the case as I now have to use WinAmp for my server.

Please note - the reason for this work around is that the Digital5 Server stuff crashes over 10K songs

UPnP is implemented differently by each manufacturer.
