I have a new iPod and just purchased Media Center.  I have encoded 200 or so cd's at this point.
Now, after transferring, I had songs from 6 cds show up on the ipod in Media Center, but no show up on iPod when undocked.  I deleted most of these files from iPod in Media Center.  However, 21 or so random songs from three of the cds will not delete from the iPod in Media Center.  The message heading is Handheld error.  The message is: "File deletion errors: (1 files)" "N:\iPod_\Control\Music\F15\6903.mp3"
I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions.  As I said, my iPod is 10 days old.  Thanks.

One other comment.
When I attempt to play any of these 26 songs (that will not delete) from my iPod in Media Center, it jumps to the next "good" song and starts playing that song.  Does this for all 26 of the songs that will not delete...........
