Title: the directx host plugin causes stuttering..

hi!
i just dl for the forst time the directx host by j. river and every time i operate it it causes stuttering with the mp3, if i disable it , all works fine. im using ASIO output, but it happens also in wave out, does anyone know how to fix it or if im doing something wrong?

It won't work on all systems.

how do you know then which system it will work on , and does anyone know of other alternatives to improve mp3 quality ?
