Title: HELP!!! Can't start MC

After tying to cancel a Zen sync with the old plugin I had to use Task Mgr to end MC.  I installed the latest build, but I still can't get MC to start, I keep getting:

Server Busy:
The action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program anc correct the problem

... but Switch To does nothing, neither does retry, they both just throw that same dialog back up.  Reboot does not help.

What is causing this?  Is there a lock file or ?

It appears the problem is a conflict with a Creative process.  Unplugged the Nomad Zen Xtra, then used task mgr to stop CTPdeSrv.exe, replugged the Zen and MC now starts; but, right after starting a sync the error dialog appears and won't go away - stuck in a loop trying to dismiss it.
