Title: Action Window question (again)

Now that MC10 is officially released and I have upgraded to it, I was disappointed to find that the Action Window still cannot be put into its own window, as it was in MC9.  Is it offical then?  This powerful feature is gone forever?  Whoever thought of putting it in MC9 knew why.  Is he no longer part of the development team?  It's sad that with all the wonderful improvements and features in MC10, some of us will have to go back to MC9 because of this omission.  Who do I beg for a rethink of that decision?
