Title: cant play cd

i insert cd . it appears to start. then it just stops. cant figure out the problem. im really new

Can you post your System Info - MJ > Help > System Info > Copy to clipboard and Paste here.

Can you play CD's with another software (Windows Media Player for instance, or any other) ?

Just some ideas :

• Did you check the File association ?
• What about Auto-insert notification ?
