Media Center was recommended by a friend at work, and I was impressed enough by the product to purchase it. When I checked back later to get a handheld plugin I saw there was an newer version, however my license cannot be used with v10. I purchased my license on April 4th, and I'm disappointed that there is no notice on the website, or in email about a 'recent purchasers' grandfather clause. Is there anyone that can help me out with my situation?

I too now regret moving to 10.0. I would love to go back after paying the first time.

What don't you like about 10?

Chip: I don't quite understand your complaint. Your subject says "I don't like version 10". If this is the case, don't use it. If you do like the new features in v10, a quick look around the site would have shown you that v10 was in beta, and anyway, a $9.98 upgrade fee is hardly unreasonable.
Your upgrade options are summarised here:

Caz: You can go back. The latest version of v9.1 works with your v10 license. If you've lost your installer, you can download it here

Sorry. That was my fault. I used this as the subject when I split these two posts from another thread.
